PICKING-UP

We will pick you up at your residence or hotel in San Francisco to transport you to SFO on a share ride bassis, which means that we will be doing other stops to pick-up more customers before we go to the airport.

Please note that we guarantee no more than three stops!!

10-MINUTE WINDOW

Pick-up time is subject to a 10 minute window from the specified time. i.e. 6:00 pick-up is actually a 6:00 to 6:10 pick-up. During high traffic hours we may require up to 15-minute window. This is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

BOARDING AT SFO

After you get your luggage proceed to the second level. Once you get there exit to the street area. Using the crosswalk, continue to the outer curb. Follow the yellow line on the curb up to the Yellow Zone where you will be assisted by the airport coordinators. They will call us to come and get you. It may take up to 20 minutes before we leave the airport, and about 25 minutes more to get into the City of San Francisco.
