What can I do if I do not have a printer to print my receipt?

Just if you don't have a printer, when you fill out the reservations form, use the comments box to type the following message(uppercase): NO PAYPAL PRINTOUT. We will notify the operations department that you will not have a PayPal receipt.

What's the age/rate for children?

Children between 2 and 10 years old only pay $8

I have a discount coupon, how can I use it?

If you want to use the coupon, it applies from our regular fare which is $16 ($8 if child 2-10 years old, no further discount), and you must reserve via phone (note that we only accept prepaid reservations from SFO):

How long does it take to get in the van from SFO and to get to San Francisco?

Once at the boarding area, it may take you anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to get in the van. Please call this No. 415 822 2648 after you get your luggage to find out the exact position of our van.
Once you depart from SFO, it should be 25-30 minutes to get Downtown and 40-45 minutes to the Fisherman's Wharf.

How many pieces of luggage per person do you accept?

We accept 2 large bags and 1 small bag per sperson.

How do I get to the boarding area?

After you get your luggage go up to the second level, exit the building towards the middle island. Go to the Yellow Zone. Make sure you board a blue van with a white top that says San Francisco City Shuttle.

Do we have to notify you if our flight is delayed or changed?

No. You don't have to worry about delayed or changed flights, since we have vans at SFO all the time. So, after getting your luggage simply proceed to the boarding area.

What's the rate per person to the Fishermans Wharf hotels?

We have a flat rate of $12 per person.

What's the rate from/to SFO to the hotels in San Francisco?
