Do I need to print the receipt or confirmation number?
No printing! We only accept prepaid reservations, so we already know that you have paid. To access you reservation’s details please keep handy your reservation’s confirmation number.

When I get to SFO, where do I board your van?
When you arrive at SFO you must board our van at one of the courtyards IN THE LOWER LEVEL, call us when you arrive to SFO. This way we can dispatch the van and be waiting there for you at the courtyard.
YOU MUST LET US KNOW THAT YOU HAVE ARRIVED as you off-board the plane, and again, when you have you luggage for directions to the Courtyards by calling us at 1-415-822-2648, 1- 415 215 2500 or or use the pay phone to call our Tool Free line 1-888-850-7878 (use any pay phone at the luggage area).

Who do I call to see the status of my van?
If you expect to be picked up soon and need assistance call our Operations Department at 1-415-822-2648, 1- 415 215 2500 or 1-888-850-7878 Toll free (use any pay phone).

What’s the age/rate for children?
Children under 2 years of age don not pay. All others count as an additional passenger.

How long does it take to get from SFO to San Francisco?
Once leaving from SFO it takes only a 25-35 minute drive to get Downtown and 45-55 minutes to the Fisherman’s Wharf.

I have a discount coupon, how can I use it?
In this Reservations System we are not accepting any discount coupons at the present time. The rates you see in our website rule. Call 1-415-822-2648, 1- 415 215 2500 or 1-888-850-78788 at the Operations department directly and check availability please.

How many pieces of luggage per person do you accept?
We accept 2 large bags and 1 small bag per person.

Do we have to notify you if our flight is delayed or changed?
No. You don’t have to worry about delayed flights, since we have your flight details and we monitor the arrivals.

What’s the rate per person to the Fishermans Wharf hotels?

How can I pay you if I don’t have a credit card?
You can pay cash in the van. Please make your reservation over the phone only.

Do you accept same day reservations from SFO airport to San Francisco?
Yes, but you must reserve by phone only to assure availability.

What is your cancellation policy ?
We have a 24 hr. minimum for a reservation cancellation for a full refund. No exceptions.

Do you offer childseats?
We do not offer any child seats but it is perfectly legal for them to ride in the bench seats of the van.
